| There are a few groups you can put your character into: Stray (which means basically they've never had human interaction at all), The Black Diamonds (The ruthless pack of canines that rule the hollow), and the 'Companions' which meant they were once house pets that have now been turned loose into the hollow. Mostly all canines have been infected with that test virus that escaped but some are not exactly showing signs of anything just yet. If you choose to have your canine show signs, you can have them exhibit excessive strength, rapid healing, some physical changes such as eye colors (nothing fantasy), skin and fur changes and sometimes DNA changes. The humans in the city are highly fearful of canines, which was partially why they had placed them in the one designated area. Now, they have electronic canines, or robotic dogs that are free from disease which were created by a well known scientist to help ease the transition of placing their beloved pets out in the wild. Now the humans sadly do not miss their once treasured best friends. The virus has not been identified and the government covered it up completely. the outside world has no idea what had happened at all and the scientists who created it have been paid off to keep silent and not discuss anything. |
